At Mickenzy Kids, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy before placing an order.

What can be returned:

• Items returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and tags must be attached
• Original packaging required with proof of purchase

What cannot be returned:

• Innerwear, socks (hygiene reasons)
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized / personalized items
• Worn, washed, or altered items

Received a wrong or damaged item? Contact us within 48 hours — we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

How to return:

2. Share your order number and photos of the item
3. We'll confirm and guide you through the process

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or card). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
