Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). You'll get a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation when your order is placed and again when it's dispatched.

Delivery within Pakistan:

• Standard (3–5 days): Rs. 200 — FREE on orders above Rs. 3,000
• Express (1–2 days): Rs. 400 — available in major cities
• We deliver to all cities across Pakistan

International Shipping: We ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Canada & Australia. Charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

COD (Cash on Delivery):

• Available on orders up to Rs. 10,000
• Rs. 100 COD handling fee applies
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay at delivery
