Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout. We accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, card, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Repeated COD refusals may result in COD being blocked for your account.

How do I choose a size?

Age labels are a guide. Where an article-specific chart is provided, compare the garment measurements with a similar item your child wears. If you are unsure, ask our team on WhatsApp before ordering.

How long does processing and delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). You'll get a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation when your order is placed and again when it's dispatched.

Delivery within Pakistan: Standard (3–5 days): Rs. 200. Express (1–2 days): Rs. 400, available in major cities. We deliver to all cities across Pakistan.

International Shipping: We ship to UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Canada & Australia. Charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

What can be returned?

Items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and tags must be attached. Original packaging required with proof of purchase.

What cannot be returned?

Innerwear, socks (hygiene reasons)
Sale or discounted items
Customized / personalized items
Worn, washed, or altered items

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or card). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
