At Mickenzy Kids, every piece is designed with care. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following policy.

Online Store Credit

We offer Online Store Credit equal to the value of your purchase (excluding shipping charges).

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests after this period cannot be accommodated.

Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the item.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

* Unworn and unused
* Unaltered
* In original condition
* With all tags and labels intact

Seasonal exchanges apply:
Summer items may only be exchanged for summer stock.
Winter items may only be exchanged for winter stock.

Inter-brand exchanges are not permitted.

Sale items and accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
International orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable except if:

* The item was received damaged
* The wrong item was delivered
* Promotional free shipping was offered

Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the case qualifies under the above conditions.

Refund Processing (Paid Orders)

After product verification, refunds are processed within 14–16 working days through the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us.

After this window, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
